I LOVE kind-hearted and adventurous seniors, like Liz, who are ready to explore new places like this field at Panorama Farms. Liz just officially graduated from High Point University earlier this morning and I think her smile says it all. I am glad that we found Panorama Farms to capture this season of life and her accomplishment.
Day 55 of quarantine life and inspiration struck as I held the bouquet from Farmgirl Flowers. A whiff of nostalgia for wedding days… Oh how I miss holding the bride’s bouquet. I present to you a series of photos called “How many pictures can Ashley take with one Farmgirl Flowers bouquet?!”. The answer… a lot.
Have you ever noticed that when you print at places like CVS, Walmart, or Target the photo doesn’t look the same as it does on your phone or computer? Yeah… that’s because the printer isn’t calibrated like a professional printer. I’ll walk you through why that is happening + explaining NEW features on all AE galleries 🙂
I’ve created 20 different date ideas- 10 that are social distance dates, and 10 for those who are quarantined together. Some of you are quarantined with your partner, and some are living apart. Either way, each situation brings on different stressors and obstacles to overcome. It’s important during a time like this you to nurture your relationship. You don’t have to stop going on dates!!!
Ever since I established my photography business 3 years ago, I was looking forward to this moment and working hard to get there. Like so many of you seniors, I was ready to soak up my last semester, cherish every laugh with my friends, and prepare for it to the end. Within a week, it all changed. The end came two months too soon. There are no words that I or anyone else can say that will make everything better. Your life COMPLETELY changed. Whether you are a senior in high school or college, there are memories that you feel robbed of.
I love to travel and explore new places and in 2019 engagement sessions took me all over Virginia from… Charlottesville, Richmond, Williamsburg, Blacksburg, and Roanoke. I heard countless love stories. Every year I am amazed at how sweet my clients are. For me, every wedding that I get to be a part of is equally special. Engagement sessions are a stepping stone to the big day where my clients start to become more like life-long friends. Engagement sessions are one of my favorite things to photograph for that reason.
For those of you that know me, know that I am extroverted. 2019 has been such a good year. I met many people through photographing seniors. My favorite thing about photographing high school and college seniors is getting to know each senior by taking our time during the session talking and sharing stories. 2019 senior photos were filled with GORGEOUS pink blossoms, friendly pups, champagne, and confetti.
